We believe that effective grassroot leadership is essential to secure the rights of unorganized sector workers. So we identify and train potential leaders from amongst the construction workers and domestic workers and designate them as Change Leaders. We launch Change Leaders through our in-house leadership academy. Change Leaders are taken through a six-day programme to assist them with basic understanding of labour law, worker rights and duties, availing benefits of government schemes, use of RTI etc. Your donation will provide a Change Leader three days stipend for participation in leadership development.
